A new stable-masters collections panel is up for testing on LOTRO’s public test server. The new panel has the potential to allow players to travel to any stable-master with mithril coins but currently it is not fully implemented.

I think it should stay unavailable until you find the stable-master. getting to Rivendale the first time was a great achievement. That was fun times!
