Update 15 launched last week, and with a fair number of issues. Turbine responded by applying a hotfix to address some of those problems. Here is the list of changes:

Sapience posted the times for the downtime this coming Monday in which they will be updating the servers for Update 14: The LOTRO Game Servers and http://myaccount.turbine.com will be offline for maintenance
No, but I’ve certainly been hunted by roving threats in Eriador. Annuminus has one right in the worst place for the common passerby
Did them all! Is good fun , mainly if can gather a nice bunch of fellas!
