Update 16 is introducing three new Osgiliath themed instances to LOTRO. The new instances on beta are still being worked on but the videos below should give an idea of what to expect when Update 16 is released later this year.

Regarding the Sunken Labyrinth, you do realise that much of the difficulty was coming from the fact that you didn’t have a healer with you? These new instances are designed for the old instance holy trinity (tank-dps-heals). With a healer, T1 is rather easy – T2 is where the challenge comes from.
Yeah that was definitely something we needed. We were mostly wanting to explore the instances since Build 1 of Beta is almost never balanced anyway.
That’s true – and they are some rather interesting locations when you go inside the instances!
