LOTRO Outfit: Vengeful Elf

This is yet another outfit put together during my live streams! Although this one I didn’t really take input on as I already had a pretty clear idea in my head of what I wanted. This is actually similar to an outfit that my low-level elf champion used to wear (before I deleted her!). I love a lot of the elven-style armour in LOTRO despite not playing elves very often. I also particularly love the shoulders for this outfit, though I recognize that in practice they would be incredibly impractical. Still a nice bit of elven armour eye candy though!
