They are supposed to be theoretically identical, but yes store.lotro.com/en/expansion-packs/ has the Quad Pack, but store.turbine.com does not. On the other hand, store.turbine.com lists the original and sale price, whereas store.lotro.com only lists the sale price. Weird.
