New Player Question
When playing in a group and you enter an area that has a lot of players in it, sometimes a notification will sometimes pop up and say that you and your party members are on different tiers or layers. Is there any way to get everyone on the same tier/layer?
Week In LOTRO
Black
- Went from level 20 to 79 in fishing! Starting to catch prime fish now, but the Trout Master Title is managing to elude me.
- Trying to take advantage of the welcome back weekend to get my Minstrel Tonick from 110 – 115. Got the title Well Preserved at 111!
- Helping brother-in-law slowly through his 100’s
- Got the Puzzle Goat from Northern Mirkwood
Teriadwyn
- Got around to doing the Allegiance daily quests for the Dwarves: first quest was the Ale Kegs in Talath Urui, which is the best quest ever! Dwarves continue to be better to work for than Elves.
- Warden Meledhriel took Pineleaf and Black alts hunting for warbands in the Wold, then ran the Tham Mirdain instances.
Sanswinda
- Went scourge hunting in Northern Mirkwood with PLOI.
- Led an unauthorized cheese hunt.
- Danced with Thranduil.
Pineleaf
- During the Field Trip, we headed into the Lone Lands to deal with some goblins.
- On Crickhollow, my warden attempted to tank a couple skirmish raids.
- My Gladden Lore-master demonstrated how quickly a menagerie can kill a skirm boss

Concerning player question. If you are in fellowship and in different layers in the same area just click an icon with like 3 squares on your screen. It lets you transfer to your fellowship leader layer. If you are not in fellowship you need to join fellowship first.
