Bullroarer: No wipe this week

While we are waiting on the test server to open I can give you two pieces of information.

There will be no wipe this week, so we can continue testing where we left off, but there will most likely be one next week, as per Tybur. The server is still closed, but you can update your client.

And second piece of information is that it seems there are no plans to improve on the crafted relics for your LIs, as per Cordovan.
