On YouTube it was requested that I make a non-combat kind of outfit and this is the result! I decided to make an outfit for someone who has been doing a lot of traveling and sight-seeing throughout Middle-earth. The clothes are a bit ragged and the colors are all muted greys and browns. In the video I also mention that you can change out the backpack. I definitely encourage people to add their own personal touches to outfits I make. I know I look at outfits from Starry Mantle and Cosmetic LOTRO and tweak them to suit my own characters. So maybe your character is a rambling cook, making up pies and stews for weary travelers they meet on the road, in which case they would probably use the Cook’s Trappings pack instead.

Pashbo Proudfeet presents the most horse heavy of vidcasts this week, with two poems written for Kiralynn and Windyacres Ranch ( http://windyacres.mymiddleearth.com/ ) . The poets this week are Balimpo the hobbit and Pashrandir the elven poet of Landroval.
We would also love to include work from the LOTRO community within this vidcast. If you would like your LOTRO band to perform, would like us to include your own roleplaying video, send us a picture of your character with some text telling us what they have been up to, or want to plug a community event email us at anunexpectedvidcast@yahoo.com

Dear LOTRO Players,
Here is a message from our good friends at the Windy Acres Ranch:
Carnival music will be provided by The Remediators.
Discover the latest in equestrian fashion at the war steed parade.
Enjoy fireworks, ale and pipe weed.
Learn about horses.
Best of all, cheer the formation riding team as they perform the most challenging routine they have ever attempted!
To participate in the trivia contest, listen to Kiralynn as she shouts questions about horses. Be among the first to /shout the correct answer to score points. The sooner you answer, the more points you are awarded. The participant who scores the most points after all questions are asked wins a Steed of the First Marshal. Make sure to stand close enough to Kiralynn that you can hear her ask the questions.
From Krohkur of the Remediators:
Cooo-wee!
The Remediators gonna be playin’ the Fais Do-do at the Windy Acres Ranch Carnival Ride come Saturday, podna! Lots of the Zydeco, dancin’ until vos pattes cry out “Oo ye yi!“.
Be a bit early, c’est bon.
Laissez les bons temps rouler!
What Is Formation Riding?
Formation riding, more formally known as quadrille dressage, is a competitive equestrian sport. Groups of riders perform choreographed maneuvers, usually to music. It is similar to drill team. A minimum of four horses are used, although additional pairs can be added to the team. At the highest level, teams perform intricate maneuvers in complicated shapes on the field. Matching horses and uniforms, upbeat music and clever synchronization make formation riding an incredible sight to behold.
