New Player Question
- What 3rd party programs tend to be used for communication? Should you expect your computer to be able to run them while running the game? Do they need to be downloaded or do they work from a browser window? What equipment might you need to use them effectively? Do you find it important to have a microphone? Headphones/earbuds? What would you recommend for a new player not able to or unsure about spending much money on talking to people in game?
- Is it possible to play LOTRO without using any voice programs at all?
- When you use 3rd party communication programs, do you use overlay features? Why or why not? What is an overlay feature? How do you set those up? What do they add to your screen?

- Gathered cabbage and rhubarb at Grandma’s. Will make it into something and share.
Sanswinda
- Went skirmishing on the Field Trip with a dusted off Beorning and enjoyed the range of things I could do in bear form.
- Played some ESO with friends.
- Played lots of Palworld and am really enjoying my Jetragon.
Pineleaf
- The Hardened Traveler group ran the Great Barrow instance set.
- For the Field Trip, we returned to some dormant characters and ran several skirmishes.
