New Player Question
How do you start the Bingo Boffin questline? Where is Bingo when you first start out?
Week In LOTRO
Gwaerendes
- Skirmished with Grrlz of Middle-earth, which led to remedial crafting
- The yellow-line hunters went into Nan Wathren
- Got the hunter port for my level 50 Hobbit hunter on the Academy Field Trip
Aerindys
- Started the Bingo questline on one of my lower-level Beornings.
- Aria’d a few characters up to Level 120 thanks to the sale last week and ran through the 6-man version of the Lost Temple instance.
- Brought out the baby warg again and tried munching on hobbits
Celebathien
- Khillien the warg ran with a couple tribe members and bit things viciously. Especially Hobbits. They’re delicious.
- Khelevorn, now Valar’d to 105, continued his epic quest catchup rounds from Carn Dum to Forochel. Why the heck did Lorniel wait for me to open a gate when we could’ve gone around it entirely????
- Morchandir the baby burg ran around slapping and mocking dwarves for the Ale Association. Good times, making dwarves cry.
Sanswinda
- Led a group of Burgs who forgot they were too short to be champions.
- Hunted Roving Threats in Forochel after hunting skarn for remedial crafting.
- My mini killed all the Scourges in Minas Morgul with the help of an awesome guardian and rune-keeper.
Teriadwyn
- Attempted to play some more in Minas Morgul, but the lag made the game virtually unplayable for me. Teriadwyn did finally learn a secret that the rangers were totally unaware of, possibly because they’re terrible at keeping secrets.
- Weirdly, the Moors on Arkenstone weren’t nearly as laggy, and some tasty noms were had.
- Dusted off my Valar’d LM Galebrilith to run along with Khelevorn and play as tourists of Eriador.
Pineleaf
- My Stout Axe finished up the Moria epic story up to the skirmishes. This included the longest run of the Drowned Treasure I can recall.
- My Anor warden, I completed the Norcrofts.I also compared how fast I could kill a mounted mob both while mounted and while on foot. So far, I am doing better while on foot. I also once again checked the Notary to see if I could finally get my traditional surname. Alas, I still cannot get the name Needles. Sigh.
- My burglar completed the Bingo Boffin story line. I will be retiring this character for now.
