Where in Middle-earth is Emerallina? #44
New Player Question
How do you unlock or acquire new races or classes?
Week In LOTRO
Gwaerendes
- Managed to get closer and closer to the Black Gate in the Wastes
- Went Roving Threat hunting in Forochel
- Bought 7 new character slots – the altoholism continues
- Went marauding in the Misties with Grrlz of Middle-earth
Celebathien
- First experience adventuring with a group Dol Dinen: all Hunters, and we went over a cliff crunchily. Limped out together from behind stuff as a group like the bad, bad Hunters we were.
- Attempted to solo the Forsaken Inn Riddles instance. As a Hunter. There were runes. I got stuck and had to die to get out again.
- Discovering how my Khelevorn (elf Hunter) is, in reality, a tasty, delicious Hunter to the enemy.
Sanswinda
- Ventured into Goblin Town with the Grrlz of Middle-earth.
- Went Roving Threat hunting in Forochel and Mirkwood.
- Finally started Moria on Anor.
Teriadwyn
- Teriadwyn did the quests in the first circle of Minas Morgul, killing lots and lots and lots and lots of orcs.
- Caught the last fifteen minutes or so of Grrlz of Middle-earth, then ran around with some of the Grrlz afterward as part of the Hunter pack in Dol Dinen.
- Dusted off my Loremaster to run with Khelevorn, decided they could use some assistance and did crafting rounds on alts. Yay for carry-alls!
- While searching for mats, dusted off RK Lashillien and ran through the Barrow Downs to clean up the last of her Bree deeds. One-shot-zotting everything in sight.
Pineleaf
- My Anor warden helped a bumbling fellowship in Eastern Rohan.
- My burglar arrived in Edoras.
- For Friday Night Fights, we ran four skirmishes. First we ran three of the Moria skirmishes for the harbingers. We managed to get all the harbingers but in the first two skirmishes ended early due to certain dwarves having trouble staying alive. After the harbinger skirmishes, we finished off with Attack at Dawn.

How do you unlock or acquire new races or classes?
Usually you buy them in game store for Lotro Points. Also some expansions include some of them (Moria: warden and rune keeper, higher editions of Mordor high elf, Minas Morgul stou-axe dwarf).
