Today Turbine announced a server hotfix tomorrow on the 22nd November:
The LOTRO servers will be brought down on Friday, November 22 from 7:00AM – 10:00AM Eastern time (-5 GMT) for a hotfix to the game.
Release notes will be made available during the down time.
