Thankyou for another enjoyable podcast. I too am looking forward to seeing the new Bree and Archet. I have rolled a new Hobbit just to see the pre-torched starting area, that and also for the extra storage!
I have had no issues with Storm of Methedras. I was wondering if maybe it is more friendly to hunters than other characters. Although maybe turbine are being nice to me and given me only low density mobs….although I have had some hairy times. That or it gets tougher up the levels. It is quickly becoming my favorite skirmish to run.
I don’t give out money to people who just run up and demand it. I also would have a few words of advice to part with, for no charge of course!
Looking forward to seeing the Shades again!
I think I have heard that a couple of the SoA die-hards (or maybe some players who just want to get that experience) are hoping to use the XP Disabler to relive those days, and cap their character at 50. They might also do some things like doing the end-game content at the time (stuff like Angmar instances, Rift raid, and maybe also stuff like Helegrod raid) so that they can be doing this stuff on-level. I’m sure there may be one or two kins per server that will be specifically designed toward this goal.
I may have had one or two occurrences of gold requests/begging (probably when in a starter town like Bree), but I think LOTRO players are generally more mature, so we just don’t see much of that happening in this MMO.
Alas, I *might* be out of town during the Shades concert, so I may have to catch up on the highlights & screenshots afterward. Hope all that attend have a blast, though, and best of luck & just in general have fun also to the band!
Thank you for the kind advertsising Branick:)
and as always: a very good show!!!
Did I hear somebody mention “Quest Pack Review”? 😉
