Legendary item V3 leak

The new legendary item system is currently being tested on the closed beta server Palantir. These testers which are under NDA and arn’t even allowed to say if they on that server. Atleast someone didn’t adhere to this. While leaks happen more often and can’t be verified for above reason. This one is a bit juicier and with more meat on the bone.

Classed as Legendary item rework first Palantir Look. Everything is very much under the alpha/beta rule. This isnt the final version and expect a lot of things still to change. Raine stated in Bludborns recent interview however that it’s on a crossroads and at that time still on track for a release hopefully sometime before Gundabads expansion.

Full screenshot won’t be posted at the moment until i’ve a better idea about any problems it might cause lotroplayers. I don’t know the source of the leak (a screenshot of the Palantir forum post by the developer of the LI rework.
