It may be worth to add some kind of Other Languages category 🙂 There are a few good and active websites, for example, French Les Furets du Gondor (http://lesfuretsdugondor.info/), Russian «Дозорная Башня Миндон» (http://lotro-mindon.ru/), Japanese 中つ国Wiki (http://arda.saloon.jp/).
Oh, and what about something like Useful Services category? There are LotRO Interface with plugins (http://www.lotrointerface.com/), still working Server Details service from German kinship Lux Aeterna (http://lux-hdro.de/hdro-live.php), Lotrotools with lootlist and list of legacies (https://lotrotools.pw/), and LotRO Trait Tree Planner, maybe a bit outdated, but still working (http://www.lotrottp.lotrostatus.com/l.php).
