The long requested feature of being able to transfer characters with Turbine Points will be added to the game during a scheduled downtime tomorrow, September 7th.
The new interface now also shows the player’s Turbine Point total at the bottom of the transfer screen.
Turbine has posted an updated Character Transfer Guide with the new information.
