  1. Generally you shouldn’t buy most LI stuff from the store, but there’s one exception: legendary slot unlock. You can’t earn it in-game, and unlocking extra slots allows you to level and use more LI’s. My level-capped main toon has all ten slots unlocked and uses all of them.
