As sapience tried to get some peace and quiet after he finally gave up on keeping the cats away. He was rudely awoken again. In the end he caved in and spent some of his hard-earned coins on what was supposed be a “premiere room for a lively hobbit as himself”. Never trust a ward in his own house trying to sell you his produce. As the night drew close he gave up and wandered into the back stables and doze off.
With his lack of sleep he completely slept through what was supposed to be his opening speech. Luckily George knew where he had kept his notes. After the speech the first concert commenced, but George swore to himself that Sapience would pay for it.
