Today Turbine released the first build of Update 17.2 on the Bullroarer test server.
The update includes a variety of quality of life changes including a new emote collection panel, new quests and doubled melee mounted combat damage.

I’m I the only who finds this a complete waste of development time? Same for the mount panel, on which this is based. How often will people actually use a feature like this?
I agree, this was development time that could have been spent elsewhere
I for one, LOVE this! We aren’t all thinking Lotro is only about gear and endgaming, some of us enjoy the RP. So, you are probably not the only one who thinks the way you do, but I am certainly not one of them.
