Branick’s Let’s Play of Daemon Detective Gaiden
Good show – made me want to consider leveling up a second bannerguard solider for my main warden to compare to my archer.
I know there are too many traits and skills to go over every single one, but it would be nice to know what what your “go to” skills/traits are for your soldiers and/or which ones to avoid.
I’ve always used this article for my herbalist build – always worked out well as a “tank-strel” : http://www.danania.net/2012/03/herbalist-is-my-skirmish-friend.html
Thanks for your guy’s tips, my wife and I have been following Book Quests and are in between lvls to continue them. Skirms seems like a good way to lvl even though it doesnt help with rep that much. Cant wait wait to try these tips.
I had much the same questions and can’t recall if you covered that topic in depth in a previous skirmish related episode. Further to that point, I assume most people do as I do, which is to select a trait/skill that sounds good when the slot opens up and then never revisit those selections except to level that skill as appropriate. Have you ever had a circumstance where you swapped out soldier skills situationally? I never think of soldiers as making THAT big of an impact on the outcome of the skirmish for that to matter that much, but if there are specific skills/traits for each type that you find make a significant difference, I would like to hear your thoughts about it! Thanks as always,
– Braag
