Week In LOTRO
Karvett
- Almost made it to Helegrod with Mythgard, but ended up running 3 mans instead.
- Almost made it to the top of the entrance to the Grand Stairs in Moria, but I fell off when I misjudged the length of the platform I was running on.
- Almost got all of my crafters up to the Supreme Mastery tier…. but I ran out of ore, which is why I was in the Redhorn Lodes running about exploring for ore.
Maven
- Did the first three wings of Helegrod and didn’t die once!
- Shook Glordriel out of her PTSD, went back and took care of the epic Nazgul quest near Erech with help from LMB friends….three times
- Ran around Central Gondor and died a bunch
Andang
- Filmed more Middle-earth Lore Episode 1 scenes
Pineleaf
- On my Arkenstone Beorning, I quested with Teriadwyn in Evendim.
- Gladden Beorning completed Volume 2 Book 4.
- On my Laurelin warden, I completed the quests in Lossarnach.

“Woop, congratulations LOTRO Players!
Thanks to all the lovely people in the chat who answered my question about names too. I was so interested to hear from everyone 🙂
And! I realised that Pineleaf pronounces Arae better than I do, according to the Sindarin site that I use! #PronunciationPointsForPineleaf”
Leixicon also left a comment on last week’s show:
“Congrats to all of those who’ve dedicated their time to this podcast! I’m sure you’ve loved the opportunity to build life-long friendships. All the best in your adventures together!”
Sparge left a comment on the two years of LOTRO Players article:
“To be honest your site and the podcasts and lets not forget the videos are one of the biggest reason i came back lotro. Many many years more to come hopefully.”
Emails
Immortan writes:
“I must be honest I don’t really use the forums that much but when searching YouTube on soloing Sammy 3 man instances at lvl 100 I found some amazing videos which lend me to the LOTRO forums. Any Guardian looking to unleash the pure potential of the class must check out these threads in the Guardian class “Zon’s Guide on Survivability and DPS” and “Arathaert’s Guardian Guide”. Both guides provide images of LI’s, class trait tree setup, gear and links to videos on how it’s done, that is really useful no matter what the level. I’ve been a tank for two years and wish I had this guide when I started it has changed my gaming experience. Also I would just like to let you all know how much I appreciate all the hard work you put in and all the joy you bring to all of us that love LOTRO so keep it up, long live LOTRO and LOTRO Players.
