Music In Middle Earth: Celebrating the Professor’s Birthday.

Here is a very special video of the performances on Landroval on the 3rd January. To mark the Birthday of J.R.R. Tolkien a group of players gathered  on the top of The Hill, Hobbiton to play LOTR inspired music.

If you check the 12 to 18 minute mark you will also see an amazing solo by our very own Pinesong Needles! She plays a mean Pibgorn – who knew?

I would like to thank Laerlin who arranged the celebration and Fincin and LBC for co-hosting the event.

For me the highlight will always be waiting for Miss Pinesong’s Solo to stop, but not wanting it to end either.

Many talented musicians and transcribers performed this day.

I would like to say if there are any Dev’s reading this… please please increase the tone/sample allowance to allow us to play wonderful large orchestral arrangements. -One of Lilikate’s LOTRO Wishes for 2015.
