This is another outfit that was designed while doing my livestream on Hitbox. For this outfit, two young hobbits were looking for bright (but not gaudy) outfits, appropriate for some adventure-some hobbits like themselves. With their input I put together this suitably cheerful outfit. It works well because both the hat and chestpiece can be dyed any bright colors you wish without clashing with the rest of the outfit. This way each hobbit can tailor the outfit to their own needs!
