I clicked on this episode simply for the title. I just put together a Turtle themed outfit because I’ve been running Filikul lots in Moria. And the idea of this outfit (https://www.lotro.com/forums/showthread.php?282955-Show-us-your-favorite-cosmetic-outfit&p=7202614&posted=1#post7202614) riding astride a siege decked out Dread Turtle… with a windlass or catapult on the back. Mwaa haa haaa! Something like the Haradrim from LOTR movies on the Oliphants. Or maybe a Dwarven catapult like from Battle for Middle Earth II. YES!
That would be pretty awesome! Siege turtles are great aren’t they? And that outfit might be even better, it looks fantastic.
I thought that sound on Drac’s audio was a mechanical keyboard, space bar esp. Ha ha.
Clearly the sound is from a fully automatic crossbow that Drac is inventing.

Thanks for noticing. 🙂 As part of my new Studio set up I now have my good mic running through a tube pre-amp into a line in jack (as opposed to the vastly inferior mic jack). This is what I used to do a few years back and now that I don’t have to worry about the mic picking up someone else in the background during a recording, I’m glad to be using this setup again. 🙂
