The quest pack, at least by my quick maths, seems to be a decent deal for those who need ALL of them.
The horse pack is a really good deal compared to buying each mount separately and on a per character basis, but that is still a lot of bones for some digital horsepants.
HD Preorders must not be selling like they were hoping.
Or they are selling so well they let the marketing team come up with new bundles.
