It is a real joy to listen to a conversation amongst friends, who clearly enjoy one another’s company, speaking about a shared interest. You all are very fun to listen to! 🙂
Thank you so much for the kind words about my writing and renderings! I have had a few send me wonderful notes about how I do them, so I thought I might answer that here, in case any wished to know.
Unfortunately, there is no special technique that I use, really. I usually take between 3,000 and 6,000 renderings for each entry, and sift them down to…still too many! But there are always more of the bad than the good, to be sure.
For this entry, I made the Number 2 button on my keyboard the Screenshot Capture button, and I just smashed it over and over during the battle 🙂 I did try to move the camera to interesting perspectives during the battle, and I was very lucky that so many turned out well, I think. I did only two skirmishes to capture renderings, and then took the best from both, putting them together to craft the story.
I tried to touch them up as I could, to remove billboard text, and the auras over and under the npcs, to make them less cluttered.
