How do I donate?

Donations are done through the Child’s Play widget in the upper right corner of the blog.  This widget will be available for donations on this site on 22 September, 2013.  Click on the  Donate button to get started. Donations are collected through PayPal.

If you are reading this through a mobile device, you may need to go to a computer of some sorts due to you seeing the mobile theme and the widget is flash based.

I don’t have a PayPal account, can I still donate?

Yes! After clicking the Donate button, there is an option for “Don’t have a PayPal account?” and it will allow you to donate with a debit or credit card as a PayPal guest.

Where do the donations go?

All donations go directly to Child’s Play Charity PayPal account. Initiated by Penny Arcade, they’ve been buying video games, movies and books for a large number of children’s hospital around the world since 2003. For more information on Child’s Play, visit http://www.childsplaycharity.org/

Are you taking any cut from the donations?

No. Donations made through the Child’s Play widget directly go into the Child’s Play PayPal account.  No money is transferred by us. We do not take any cut from donations. Actually, we donate ourselves.

How do the Charity Auctions work?

I don’t have any money. How can I help?

There are many ways you can help! We invite you to share the news of the event within your own social networks, would that be on twitter, facebook, steam, among co-workers or your family.

You can also help promote the fundraiser by adding the Child’s Play Widget to your blog or webpage.
