Today Turbine announced Update 14 will be released on July 14th on a preview with LOTRO Reporter. LOTRO Reporter quickly released this tweet and the LOTRO account later confirmed it.
I have to chuckle at your last screenshot…my first reaction was “Quick, he’s gonna roll!” I own a horse and for some reason rolling when you have a rider on your back is fun…*blinks* 😀
