Nice episode, guys. Still enjoyable discussion even if there was no main topic…a smorgasboard of LOTRO delicacies!
I totally owe you a bottle or two of water for having to read that, Mysteri, I shall even “/salute” you! It didn’t seem that long when constrained to a set column length!
Anywho, I do generally agree with what you guys said about the Anniversary Event. It was fun at the beginning to see the different things, but the brawl became a chore (there were times where we had some of my kinmates “battle” with another kin in there, which was kind of fun), and the lotteries were a nice relief to get all the tokens I needed. Hopefully the other Cartophile maps show up in future seasonal festivals, which (according to their item description in the LOTRO lorebook) should be the case.
Your ideas on the whole horse thing are interesting and seem pretty awesome. While I’m not one to play around with PvP features, I do hope some form of mounted combat and further equestrian customizability can be implemented. Calddir better be ready for such a day – the “horse guy” will be trampled with questions “neigh”r and far!
This is probably too long, again…just don’t read this one! 😀 ~Cheers!
