Week In LOTRO
Teriadwyn
- Teriadwyn is finally done with Second Age Mordor! Except for side quests and pages, but the end of the Black Book chapter includes a very awesome cinematic.
- Saryssa completed the Hytbold rebuild, achieved acquaintance with the Masons in Dol Amroth, and is heading up to the Paths of the Dead to work on Swan Knight rep next.
- Picked up my warden and discovered I’ve forgotten how to warden. Oops.
Sanswinda
- Went slaying in Second Age Mordor before making it back to their future.
- Made it to 106 while questing in Udun with my hunter on Arkenstone.
- Got a port to Moria on another hunter who spent some time searching for scholarly artifacts.
Pineleaf
- On Anor, I helped to rescue an eagle.
- Jogged someone’s memory about old events.
- During the field trip we performed some anvil vandalism.

LOTRO Players News, hail and well met! Braag of the lonely mountain here, and yes I am still alive… Tip for Terri: when doing resource instances when it has one of several random mobs available, you can leave the instance start another exit and then re-start the resource instance, it will randomly generate a new mob type for you. You can do this as many times as you want as long as you don’t exceed the maximum number of instances open per hour. I am 99% Sure this works in Rohan as it does in other areas. As I used to do this all the time to ensure that I got humanoid mobs for page drops or for certain slayer deeds or whatever etc. Cheers!

Great new player question, and answer! I agree that Stars of Merit are an expensive way to get Starlit Crystals, unless you run Pelagir BB when ever possible. (The only Pug group I will join without hesitation). But since Stars of Merit are bound to account, you can run a BB on your favorite character, or multiple characters to amass them. One thing to keep in mind, and it is important. You must be on the character you want the Starlit Crystal for when you barter for it, The Crystals are bound to character, so you can’t trade them to another once you have them.
One last thing, You are totally Thane of the Eastemnet Teriadwyn!
