Community Events: July 28th-August 3rd

Community Calendar:

The Department of Harmony and Song celebrates their 3rd anniversary by taking the hobbits to Isengard featuring the hobbit who started it all, former Community Manager Rick Heaton (once known as Sapience).  Speaking of famed quotes/memes, the Rangers of the West will simply walk into Mordor on *the day after the new release day, August 3rd, at 9pm on Gladden*.  Take that, Legolas and Boromir!

This hobbit will be going on an August recess.  I expect to return to my post as weekly community events reporter on either August 25th or September 1st.  My apologies to those who put on so many great activities for everyone.  Make sure to check LOTRO Artists, the Player Events forum, and all the server subforums for information on many events taking place all around the game.

This listing of featured events is only published on Fridays, but our Google calendar is kept up to date throughout the week and includes details on many more activities.  We always aim to have the most complete events calendar in the game and accept events of all types on all servers.  Take a look at this week’s agenda for upcoming events around LOTRO and copy some or all events to your personal calendar.  You may add events or post corrections in the comments section, but the fastest and best way to get it on this page and on the calendar is to submit a form.
