This week’s featured events:
This is the final week for Operation Hardi Clause, the bi-annual community event that Arkenstone’s Roxxi Manor has held ever since the first LOTRO Yule. They’ve given out crafted crit weapons, class items and food stuffs to lower level players several nights a week since December 12th. The last two days of Operation Clause will come on Sunday, January 1st at 4pm EST and on Wednesday, January 4th at 8pm. Each night, the Roxxi volunteer elves will start in Archet, then move to Combe, Thorin’s Hall, and Celondim. The elves will travel to each stop with a large band playing Christmas music, fireworks, and dancing while they give out the items the kin members have collected.
Celebrate John Ronald Reuel Tolkien’s 125th birthday with a traditional toast this Tuesday, January 3rd at 3pm EST (8pm GMT) on Laurelin. The celebrants will gather at Michel Delving’s Bird & Baby Inn with a toast to “The Professor!” This will be followed by some fireworks and perhaps a little adventure.
A toast will also be held on Crickhollow at the same date and location at 4pm EST (9pm GMT) and 9pm EST.
Please note that a few events are on break for the holiday.
