Turbine released a new test build this weekend. In the release notes, the developers talk about the updated upkeep costs for Premium Housing.
“Players may now pay gold upkeep for Premium Houses. 1g for Stately and Luxurious, 5g for Deluxe Kinship”
“Mithril Upkeep for houses has been reduced globally. The cost is now 2 Mithril Coins for individual houses and 5 Mithril Coins for kinship houses.” – source

Thanks would be nice to see more Uk people online at landroval if there is a better server for me please advise.
There are two English language servers with a predominately European player base. Laurelin is most similar to Landroval in that it has an active music, RP, and events community. Evernight has nearly twice as many players but not much in the way of special events. You cannot transfer your Landroval character, but starting over might be your best solution. Make a character on each server and see which one is a better fit.
Landroval used to be US server, so less players from Europe (including me), but there are some from UK. Other US servers don’t have many more EU players to my knowledge.
If starting over is an option for you then you can try Laurelin or Evernight. However if you have more than 1 high level toon I don’t recommend it.
