The Brandy Badgers present the Haunting of the Bridge Inn, the tale of Bruco Springrock, a lone wanderer finding his way back home to the Shire. He is dismayed to find that Stock’s Bridge Inn is closed, but starts to hear tales about mysterious happenings and dangerous creatures. Come to Laurelin on Sunday, April 3rd at 2:30pm EDT/7:30pm UK for this musical based on the works of Bruce Springsteen. The event is hobbit-preferred, but larger folk are welcome to stand in the back.

Forte’s Academy of Music opens up to the public once again for Courtley Ayres – A Spring Masquerade Formal Ball on April 30th. Celebrate the coming of spring with an elegant masquerade ball with Elizabethan courtly style music performed by Students of the Academy of Music from 4pm-5pm. A king and queen will be crowned at 5:30pm, and this will be followed by another hour of fine music.

The Lonely Mountain Band celebrated their 8th Anniversary last weekend, and the notorious Bards, Beers, and Longbeards were there to add a little more mayhem to the proceedings. Here’s a video of their performance:
