Barnabras left a comment on The Kings Of Gondor Part 1

“I never understood the nine ships. How can you have a kingdom with only nine ships worth of people? Now there were probably some already settled in ME. But it would seem there would be a large share of “kings men” as well (see Umbar)”

  1. Another great show all! Wish i had the time to be a part of it myself, now that I know you are looking for new co-hosts. Sadly I just don’t have the time to commit, and I probably would not “make the cut” anyway. But I will say, that as much as Pineleaf knows about Tolkien writings, which is considerable, there are times where he might get stuck on something, and I am thinking, “I know the answer to that”…I’m not a Tolkien Professor, but I have read all his works so much,(I’m a old geezer at 55, and have been reading his works since I was 15) I am not to far behind being one…But enough of me blowing my own horn. I really wanted to comment on one thing that is kinda bothering me about the producers letter. The legendary Items being able to lvl with us now starting at lvl 100… Yes this is very welcome, I feel, as just about everyone, that this should have been done from the very start at lvl 50, but it wasn’t. But now that we are getting it finally, I am a bit annoyed that although this will be implemented in the next update, honestly, what good will that do for all of us this year if we aren’t getting a level cap increase till 2016? It just seems like it is a “you’ve been wanting this a long time, here it is, but sorry you really can’t use it for a year”. I think if Tubine wanted to really show us they understand how bad a grind the legendary system is they should make this available at lvl 85 instead of 100. Other then that I am looking forward to new instances, and some of the other things they talked about in the letter. Sorry for the over long comment, hope I didn’t bore you with things that have been said before…:)
