   I am of a slight difference of opinion on the legendary level cap increase. On my “end game” weapon (which I know is only “end game” for a limited time) I do appreciate the extra 10 levels and I feel it is worth it. For that application I support that one item and I will likely buy 2 or 3 of these while they are on sale. So at the very least I believe your rating should be “meh” because they are a nice low-cost advantage in end-game situations.

     you could get the legendary item level cap increase from the skirmish legendary vendor using marks and stuff that’s why it has a ‘no just no’

   It’s interesting that the legendary slot unlock is not on sale with the rest of the LI stuff, which I personally find to be one of the best LI-related store items (because you can’t attain it in-game).

   Also…I call you out Drac…because, I said so!
