An Unexpected Vidcast – Episode 29 (Winterstock part one)

This week’s An Unexpected Vidcast has a focus on the first two days of the Winterstock festival in Ered Luin, with performances by The Shades, Les Chantefables, Bara Bahau and Muckin’ Fuddle.

Meanwhile, Pashbo continues to follow in the footsteps of Frodo Baggins, which takes him in to the dark and dangerous Mines of Moria.

We would also love to include work from the LOTRO community within this vidcast.  If  you would like your LOTRO band to perform, would like us to include your own roleplaying video, send us a picture of your character with some text telling us what they have been up to, or want to plug a community event email us at anunexpectedvidcast@yahoo.com

Great show. Loved the chase shots in Moria 🙂 Nice dagger you have.

The goblins and orcs chasing me took me by surprise. I’m going to have to do some levelling before e starts to head down the Anduin in the middle of February 😀

Yeah! 1rst day of Winterstock was a great day!
Bara Bahau and Les Chantefables are very proud to appear on An Unexpected Journey of Pashbo! Thank a lot!

I really enjoyed both those sets. I managed to capture a bit more of Les Chantefables as well, which maybe I’ll use another day. My system was stalling badly, which meant not all the songs I captured play very well, but I should be able to get something else together. Thats why I didn’t play the whole piece – just after the fade-out, the sound stalled really badly.

I’ll certainly be looking out for both bands again, as I really loved the music.

  3. Awesome – thanks for the musical recaps of some of the bands so far. I’ve had company this weekend, and haven’t been able to make any of the live performances. Hopefully I can catch some of the remaining bands.

Glad to be of service 🙂 I managed to get 4 of the bands from Sunday too, which I’ll (hopefully) show next week 🙂

  4. I really enjoyed the music! Great show!

There were so many great bands. I wish I could have captured some of the late night ones too, but my UK eyes couldn’t stay awake long enough 🙂

  5. I really enjoyed this, thank you!

My pleasure 🙂 . It makes it very easy to do when there are great bands to film. Plus, I managed to capture a bit of the Blue Mountain Classic Event too 😛 .
