I just popped in the store 7am 12/07/13 and there are some sales available.
Travellers Bundle is reduced from 1750tps to 1313 tps. It includes five milestone sklls and the hurried traveller. It’s all levels and all classes but character only. If I played a slowbie Guardian and had the spare tps I would think seriously about this offer. I do not know how long this sale is on for, but I would guess it was a weekend deal.
There are Hunter Ports on sale also at 25% off, Level gated and per character only. I think this is not such a good sale as hunters can earn ports while progressing ingame. But if you need one urgently and you have points spare?

My comments on skirmishes are too long to fit here, so I made a separate post for them.
Thank you for this! I’ve recently come back to LotRO after a two year break and so much has changed! I am looking to purchase my character’s class horse, how often do they change in the store?
I have only written three posts about store sales. I think the steeds enter the store on a monthy cycle but don’t quote me. I would have to ask Goldenstar or Supergirl to find out for sure.
It seems that the class steeds are in store occasionally, it is not possible to predict when they will be available. A good time to look would be during festivals.
